How can I order?
You can place your order effortlessly using our online platform! When you find a product you like, you can add it to your cart, login and complete the ordering process. After the order is ready, an order summary will be sent to your email!
How long before my order ships?
All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
What is the status of my order?
We have you covered! We will notify you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Due to supply shortage our carriers are currently experiencing potential delays in delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Where are your products shipped from?
We ship from our New York warehouse. With so many shipping centers across the country, we provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry!
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination.
Can you process international credit cards?
Yes, you can use your international credit card.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and All credit cards.
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can't complete the payment, please contact Info@flockzbrand.com to notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered via our standard shipping method ("standard" at checkout).
How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email!
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
Can I exchange my order?
If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase! Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.
What is your return policy?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help! All purchases may be returned within 30 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with. Please see below for exceptions & rules:
No refunds are issued store credit only. We do not provide credit card or cash Refunds.
Damaged items must be returned before store credit is processed.
All returns must be received in 14 days for a credit to be issued, items must be unsoiled and in perfect condition, tags must be attached in original location. Store credits are valid for 45 days.
How do I start a Return?
We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns are subject to evaluation by our Flockzbrand staff. When mailing a return:
Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a store credit refund. You may contact us!
I received the wrong items, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right! Please contact our customer service team via phone, email, or our contact us page, so that we can work to get you your order as soon as possible. Phone support is available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm EST .
How can I change the delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On the “my account” page, you can change all your contact information!
What’s the delivery procedure?
After you’ve placed your order you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. We will process your order as soon as humanly possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. On our website, under Account, you can check the status of your orders.
When can I expect my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a link that enables you to track and trace your order. Most items will arrive 5 - 14 days after the order has been shipped. We will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.
What are the delivery charges or shipping costs?
We offer $15 fixed rate shipping on orders within the United States only. Our International shipping cost varies depending on the item’s weight.
Why do I have to fill out my phone number?
We use your phone number if there are any questions regarding your order. Also, your number may be used by the delivery company to reach you.
Where can I find product sizing information?
Product sizing varies between different clothing and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.
What if you’re out of my size?
Usually if a size is out of stock, you will not be able to add an item to your shopping cart. If we’re planning to restock your size, you’ll see an option to add your email to a Pre-order list. Just click the “Pre-order” button and we’ll send you an email notification when it’s back in stock. If a product is out of stock, and you don’t see a “Pre-order” button, we haven’t made plans to restock that item just yet.
Why should I buy online?
Speeding up the process! By ordering online you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster! This could save days of your time!
Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders at any time!
Reordering: You can re-order anytime based on your previous order history with only a couple of clicks! This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past!

How do I take care of fabric?
· Acrylic knit: Most acrylic knit garments can be machine-washed. Read the label and check for the proper drying option. Some knits retain their shapes best if reshaped and dried flat.
· Cashmere: Check the care label before laundering cashmere. To hand-wash, use a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the water through the garment, then rinse until the water runs clear. Do not wring or twist. Squeeze out excess water. To dry, lay flat on a towel, away from sunlight or heat.
· Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling. Press using spray starch for the crispness of a laundered shirt.
· Cotton blend: Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to reduce wrinkling. Touch up with a steam iron; starch for a professionally laundered look.
· Denim: Denim should be washed with cold or warm water, inside out. If washing denim that is mixed with synthetic fabrics, always follow care directions for the more delicate fabric with which the denim is mixed. Hang denim to dry and iron on high heat.
· Flannel: Flannel can be washed in cold or warm water. However, if your flannel derives from wool, even if its washable wool, avoid the dryer completely since it can dry out its fibers. For non-washable wool flannel avoid laundering it at home and take it to the dry cleaners.
· Nylon: Machine-wash nylon garments in warm water. Use a low-temperature setting when tumble-drying and include a dryer sheet to reduce static electricity. Use a warm iron to press, if necessary.
· Polyester: Read the label. Usually polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended. Touch up with a cool – never hot – iron, if necessary.
· Rayon: Make sure to read the care label for rayon clothing. Launder in cool water and a mild detergent. When machine-washing, use the gentle cycle and promptly remove garments after washing. When hand-washing, do not wring or twist the garment. To dry, roll the item in a towel to squeeze out excess water. Lay flat to dry. Iron when still damp and with the garment inside out to prevent the fabric from becoming shiny. Use a pressing cloth when ironing the right side of the garment. Pressing cloth can be purchased or use something as simple as a piece of white cotton fabric.
· Spandex: Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Line-dry or use a low temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment.
· Wool knit: Typically, wool knits need to be dry-cleaned, but check the label. If hand-washable, use cool water and a detergent for fine washables. Squeeze out excess water, then reshape and dry flat.
· Wool (lined): Lined garments generally look best when professionally dry-cleaned once a season. Between dry cleanings, remove surface soil with a brush or damp cloth. Refresh the item by hanging it from a padded hanger in a steamy bathroom; moisture will help garment shed wrinkles. When touching up with an iron, use steam in an up-and-down motion (rather than sliding the iron along the fabric).
