US Domestic Shipping

We offer $15 fixed rate shipping on orders within the United States only.

  • We work to ship out orders within the same or next business day once the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are typically available within 1 day of shipment.

  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered or there seems to be an unexplained delay in delivery, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

  • Shipping within the U.S. is Monday through Friday only and does not include national holidays.

    • Standard shipping with estimated delivery of 6 -14 business days.

  • Delivery dates for Shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.

International shipping

All international packages are shipped via UPS and the various options available at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.

  • Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

  • International orders are subject to duties/customs fees at the time of checkout. We collect these fees at checkout and remit them to the appropriate country/government as applicable.

  • Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.

RETURNS

Return Eligibility Requirements

All items are eligible for a return. Please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

  • Original tags must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Returns and Refund

We happily accept returns received within 14 days of order shipment date. All returns will be eligible for store credit only. We do not provide credit card or cash refunds.

  • All returns must be received in 14 days for a credit to be issued. Items must be unsoiled and in perfect condition, with tags attached in their original location. Store credit is valid for 45 days.

  • Return shipping costs and packaging are the customer’s responsibility.

  • The shipping cost can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on the weight of the returning package.

  • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

  • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

Damaged Items

We quality check all of our items before shipping them out. However, if you receive a damaged item please allow us to correct it for you!

  • Damaged items must be returned before store credit is processed.

  • Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment, if it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item.

  • Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn.

  • If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment.

  • If we no longer have the garment in stock, store credit will be issued.

Exchanges

Due to the limited quantity of our inventory and rapidly changing stock, we do not offer exchanges directly. If you would like to exchange an item for another size you will need to send the item with its original packaging and packing slip to our returns address. Once the item has been received, we will issue a store credit code for the amount paid for the item. You may then purchase the correct size. We cannot guarantee you that the item you are wanting to exchange will be in stock. If amount exceeds the original cost, you (the customer) is responsible for paying additional cost of new item.
